He led the Government Reviews which designed Australia’s open banking and consumer data right frameworks and modernised its payment regulation. Scott now also serves on the Payments System Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia, is Strategic Counsel at Mallesons, and an Adjunct Professor at UNSW law school. Scott also chairs the global ISO technical committee developing standards for blockchain and distributed ledger technologies.
